Questions
Do you only provide drawings?
No. We stay involved from the first concept through the building department, and we coordinate with your contractors so the finished space matches the design.
Do I need a licensed architect for my project?
Many home projects do not. When a project legally requires a stamped drawing, we bring in a licensed professional. For most renovations, additions, and kitchens, our design service is what you need.
How much does design cost?
It depends on the scope. We share a fixed design fee after an initial consultation, so you know the number up front.
Will you work with my contractor?
Yes. Coordinating with the contractors you hire is part of the service.
